How quickly do you ship out orders?

Almost all items ship within 48 hours (2 business days). All orders ship USPS First Class Mail. Priority mail is available on all orders at extra cost. Larger, heavier orders will get a courtesy upgrade to either USPS Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS delivery.

Do you offer a gift wrapping and packaging option?

At this time we do not offer a gift wrapping option.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Do you offer free shipping?

All our domestic USA shipping is FAST and FREE, available in all areas across the US with no minimum order requirement. You can have confidence that you will receive your goods on time and with no shipping charges, no matter where you are in the US and no matter how large or small your order!

What happens if my item does not arrive?

If tracking does not show the item is successfully delivered to you we will refund or replace - your choice. However, if tracking shows delivery a refund or replacement will not be available.

There was a discrepancy with my order - what should I do?

Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 7 days we cannot assist further.

Return Policy

If you wish to make a return you MUST contact us within 7 days of date of delivery and the return must be made within 14 days of date of delivery. Out of policy returns will NOT be accepted. Returns are a buyer cost. Any item can be returned with the exception of our mystery Boxes which, as detailed in the item description, are Non Returnable.
