How quickly do you ship out orders and is ALL shipping really free?

All our domestic USA shipping is FAST and FREE with no minimum order requirement! Free Shipping - Every Order, Every Day - No Minimum!

Most orders ship next business day after payment is received. All items ship within 2 business days maximum. Most orders will ship USPS Ground Advantage. Some larger, heavier orders will get a courtesy upgrade to either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. At check out you will have an option to upgrade to a USPS Priority Mail Service or a faster FedEx service, at extra cost, where an even speedier delivery is needed.

Are Your Materials Ethically Sourced?

Ethical sourcing is so important to us. Our crystals come to us from all over the world. In so much as is practical and possible we try to ensure all materials are ethically sourced. We source almost exclusively from suppliers with whom we have built long term relationships and mutual trust over many years. We are confident these suppliers take seriously the need to ensure decent working conditions, proper business ethics and fair wages for all.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We try to offer our best prices on every item every day. We combine this with fast and free shipping. Generally we do not offer prices below those shown on the site but please feel free to contact us if you are looking for large volumes of a specific item.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time we do not accept custom orders.

What happens if my item does not arrive?

If tracking does not show the item has been successfully delivered to the address given on the order you we will refund or replace - your choice. However, if tracking shows delivery has been made a refund or replacement will not be available.

There was a discrepancy with my order - what should I do?

Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 7 days we cannot assist further.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied and wish to to make a return you MUST contact us within 7 days of date of delivery and the return must be made within 14 days of date of delivery. Out of policy returns will NOT be accepted.
Any item can be returned with the exception of our Mystery Boxes and our Crystal Confetti scoops which, as detailed in the item descriptions, are Non Returnable. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Returns are a buyer cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Are Your Healing Crystals All Natural / Genuine?

The vast majority of our crystals are natural. We do stock a small number of man-made / altered stones - generally where no such stone exists in nature. Most Citrine we sell is heat treated unless otherwise stated in the item description.
