What happens if my item does not arrive?
If tracking does not show the item is successfully delivered to you we will refund or replace - your choice. However, if tracking shows delivery a refund or replacement will not be available.
There was a discrepancy with my order - what should I do?
Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 7 days we cannot assist further.

I'm very impressed with the fluorite palm stone they sent me! it is a beautiful rainbow fluorite with green and purple. It's 2.5 inches long. I attached a picture but I'm not sure if it does justice to show how nice it is.

Very pleased with my large palm stone! It has absolutely gorgeous shading from green to purple that made me fall in love with fluorite to begin with, and came in perfect condition, packed well. Arrived swiftly, along with a second order to reduce boxes which I was pleased about!
