How quickly do you ship out orders?

What happens if my item does not arrive?
If tracking does not show the item is successfully delivered to you we will refund or replace - your choice. However, if tracking shows delivery a refund or replacement will not be available.
There was a discrepancy with my order - what should I do?
Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 7 days we cannot assist further.

Very nice pieces of Carnelian however they do not resemble the picture and are more flat and smaller like a small palm or worry stone
